Kelvin Chua has over 20 years of technical experience in Information Technology, with a specialization in Data Communication and Networks.

Prior to joining Blue Coat, Kelvin was Deputy Director of the Strategic Solution and IT Services Group in Asia Pacific at Allied Telesyn. He was responsible for the business development activities, design, and delivery of specifically defined strategic solutions for regional business.

In the area of traditional consulting, Kelvin boasts a long list of prominent clients in IP networking, as well as traditional telephony carriers and service providers. He has worked with clients in areas from product specification to network procurement, design, integration, installation and engineering.

In addition, Kelvin provides training in a broad range of categories. These include ATM, Frame Relay and ISDN, LAN and TCP/IP Integration, IP Security, Firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, VPLS, VMAN, as well as Emerging Technologies.

Kelvin received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
