Mr. Healey has over a decade of senior management experience in marketing, product management and business development.   Robert has solid and diverse regional experience in part because he has been a resident of Australia, Japan and Hong Kong while working in a variety of technical roles for Carriers and Telecommunications / IT equipment vendors such as Telstra, Ascend, Lucent and Juniper..

Prior to Riverbed, Robert's most recent experience included over six years of Product Management in the Asia Pacific & Japan region, originally for Unisphere Networks, then later for Juniper Networks (via acquisition).  Mr. Healey has held several regional roles within these organisations, with his final assignment as Regional Director of Product Management for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Robert is fluent in written and spoken Japanese, conversational in Mandarin Chinese with additional capacities in Cantonese and Hindi. Originally from Australia, Robert is now a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
