No Show
  • M.Tech Products Pte Ltd will charge 100% of the course fee as no show fee for Participant who registered for a class but does not show up.
Rescheduling
  • Participants who wish to reschedule class without penalty must do it in writing (via fax or email) and submit to M.Tech Products Pte Ltd no less than 7 working days before the start of the course.

  • If less than the required notice period (7 working days) is given, M.Tech Products Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the course fee for the late notice.

  • M.Tech Products Pte Ltd may allow only one deferment on a no-obligation basis, provided that there is additional space in a subsequent similar course.

  • If the registered Participant is unable to attend the scheduled course on the agreed date, substitution from your organization can be arranged subject to acceptance by M.Tech Products Pte Ltd.

  • Participant who registered for the course needs to complete the course within 3 months from the date of invoice. Failure to do so, M.Tech Products Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge 100% of the course fee.

  • M.Tech Products Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation
  • In the event that the Participant decides not to complete the course, no refund shall be made as a space has been committed to the Participant for the duration of the course.

  • M.Tech Products Pte Ltd will not entertain any request for refund of the course fee.
Payment
  • The course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.

  • Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

  • All payments must be inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) amount.

  • MTC accepts payment via Cheque, Cash and Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
Others
  • The Participant warrants that the information given in this registration form is true and accurate at the time of the registration. If any such information changes prior to the course completion, the Participant shall update M.Tech Products Pte Ltd of such changes.

  • The Participant shall note the pre-requisite requirements for each course and ensure that such course pre-requisite requirements are met before enrolling for the course.

  • Enrolment for the course, together with payment of the required course fee, create a binding agreement between the Participant and M.Tech Products Pte Ltd for the Participant to start, follow the course and pay the full course fee.

  • In special cases where credit term has been granted, the Participant and/or his or her sponsoring organisation shall be liable for the costs of all legal work incurred in recovering late or non-payment of course fees and shall indemnify M.Tech Products Pte Ltd for such costs.

  • All notes, handouts, videotapes and other materials given to the Participant are the intellectual property right of M.Tech Products Pte Ltd and are given to the registered Participant as consideration for the enrolment. The Participant agrees to respect such intellectual property right and shall not distribute such materials without the prior written consent of M.Tech Products Pte Ltd.

  • The Participant shall indemnify M.Tech Products Pte Ltd for any loss or damages to property, equipment or loss due to the disruption of a class as a result of the Participant's conduct or actions.

  • Any person attending classes without registering with M.Tech Products Pte Ltd would be deemed as trespassers. Participants found bringing in any person who is not properly registered with M.Tech Products Pte Ltd shall be liable for the full course fee of such trespassers. M.Tech Products Pte Ltd further reserves the right to ask such Participant to leave the class and there shall be no right of refund.
